Beschreibung des PROSECCO SPUMANTE v.s.q.p.r.d.
This “prosecco” is produced in the Treviso region that goes from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene. It is produced utilising Prosecco at 90 % with Verdisio grapes 10 %. (It is possible the addition of white or grey Pinot and Chardonney). It has a bright straw yellow colour. It has an agreeable and fruity perfume, and a sweet and fruity flavour. To be served as appetizer in champagne glasses, at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C. It is suitable with fish, and perfect with fish horsd’oeuvre.
