Beschreibung des Colline Novaresi doc Bianco “Esther della Zoina”
Vine: Erbaluce 100% Medium yield: 50 hl/hectare Vineyard exposure: partly south and partly west. Aging: twelve months in new oak barrels, two months in steel and at least four months in bottle. Colour and Bouquet: straw yellow colour with golden reflections, on the nose is fragrant and delicate, with a pronounced bouquet that remind white citrus fruit, hay and sage. In the mouth is elegant and warm, with good flavour and rightly bitter.
