Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc Origin: Vale dos Vinhedos - Bento Gonçalves / RS - Brazil Winemaking process: Late harvest – supermaturation of the grapes. Harvest, stemming, crushing of grapes, addition of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation, temperature control, racking, malolactic fermentation in oak casks, tartaric stabilizing, bottling and labeling. Organoleptic analysis: Appearance: clear, golden yellow. Bouquet: lingering primary aromas, with its fruity character bringing elegance and authenticity, touches of mature fruits. Palate: pleasant freshness, structured with well balanced acidity. Serving: 6 - 8 ºC.
