Varietal: Chardonnay Origin: Vale dos Vinhedos - Bento Gonçalves / RS - Brazil Winemaking process: Late harvest – supermaturation of the grapes. Harvest, stemming, crushing of grapes, addition of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation, temperature control, racking, malolactic fermentation in oak casks, tartaric stabilizing, bottling and labeling. Organoleptic analysis: Appearance: attractive, clear, bright golden yellow. Bouquet: notes of dried fruit, almonds and honey, with a harmony between the varietal and the touch of oak. Palate: pleasant, persistent and balanced. Striking. Serving: 6 - 8 ºC.
