Origin: Vale dos Vinhedos – Bento Gonçalves / RS - Brazil Winemaking process: Late harvest – supermaturation of grapes, stemming, crushing of grapes, addition of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation, temperature control, racking, malolactic fermentation, maturation in oak casks, bottling, aging in climatized cellar and labeling. Organoleptic analysis: Appearance: violet red. Bouquet: fine and delicate bouquet, notes of chocolate, vanilla, almond and coffee. Palate: structured, smooth velvety body. Suitable for special occasions. Serving: 16 – 20 ºC
