Varietal: Cabernet Franc Origin: Vale dos Vinhedos – Bento Gonçalves / RS - Brazil Winemaking process: Late harvest – supermaturation of grapes, stemming, crushing of grapes, addition of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation, temperature control, racking, malolactic fermentation, maturation in oak casks, bottling, aging in climatized cellar and labeling. Organoleptic analysis: Appearance: red with tones of ruby. Bouquet: striking bouquet, delicate notes of dried and red fruits, light nuances of oak. Palate: mature, excellent volume in the mouth, smooth bodied, lingering aftertaste. Serving: 16 – 20 ºC.
