Beschreibung des Mioranza Special Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This type of wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with the principal characteristics of addition of selected yeasts, temperature-controlled fermentation at 26 - 28º C and a period in oak. It is matured in the bottle for six months after bottling. It is a clear, transparent wine with intense ruby-red coloring. It presents balanced and mild development in wood (oak) with a complex and intense bouquet of red fruits and spices. It is well balanced in the mouth, smooth, persistent and pleasant on the palate. Ideal serving temperature between 15 and 18 º C. It accompanies red meats, salt cod, and pasta with strongly flavored sauce. Available in cases of six bottles.
