Beschreibung des Mioranza Gran Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is produced from the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The main characteristics of its production are the addition of selected yeasts, temperature-controlled fermentation at 26 - 28ºC and aging in oak casks (after bottling it is aged in the bottle for two years in stone cellars with temperature, humidity and light control). It is a clear, transparent wine with red coloring and ruby to ochre tinges. It presents balanced and smooth wood development and a complex and intense bouquet of red fruits (mulberry, plum, blackcurrant, vanilla, spices like cloves and cinnamon). It also has excellent balance in the mouth and is smooth, persistent and pleasant on the palate. Ideal serving temperature between 15 and 18º C. It accompanies red meats, salt cod, pasta with strongly flavored sauce, and seasoned cheeses.
