It is a dessert wine which was born from a selection of 100% Verduzzo grapes picked on the hill of "Roncat", it is "rocked" during its fermentation into French barriques. Its colour is strong, gold yellow. Its perfume is scented of fruit and vanilla. Its flavour is sweet, harmonious, charismatic and lightly tannic. It blends with desserts and with patè and foie gras at the beginning of meal or, at the end, with fermented and goat cheese. It must be drunk within 10 years and more after vintage.
