Varietal: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Origin: Vale dos Vinhedos - Bento Gonçalves / RS - Brazil Process: méthode champenoise: development of the base wine, bottling and re-fermentation of the wine in sparkling wine bottles, cellar temperature controlled at 12ºC, matured for 12 months causing yeast autolysis, riddling in pupitres, degorgement, corking and labeling. Organoleptic analysis: Appearance: straw-colored reflections, light golden tones, fine and delightful perlage. Bouquet: developed bouquet of precious and delicate spices, recalling almonds, dried flowers, exotic and mature fruit. Palate: excellent volume in the mouth, balanced acidity and inviting aftertaste. Serving: 4- 6 ºC
